I'm looking for an experienced buyer's agent who's tired of paperwork, prospecting, and chasing leads, and just wants to do what they love.
I’m going to do something a little different today. Instead of talking to buyers or sellers, I’m asking for your help because I’m looking for someone specific, and there’s a good chance you know exactly who they are. Maybe it’s a friend. Maybe it’s the agent who helped you buy your first house. Maybe, if you’re in the business yourself, it’s you.
Let me describe the person I’m looking for, and see if anyone comes to mind.
The agent I want has been in real estate somewhere between seven and thirty years. They’re licensed, experienced, and sharp. They know this business cold. And if I’m being honest, they’re a little bit tired. Not tired of people, and not tired of real estate. They still love helping buyers find the right home. What’s worn them down is everything around that work: the paperwork, the deadlines set by listing agents, the offers written and rewritten that never get accepted, the money poured into videos, flyers, signs, and branding. They’re tired of chasing business instead of doing the part of the job they actually love.
What this agent loves is the hunt. They listen to buyers carefully, not just to what’s being said, but to what isn’t. They can walk into one or two homes and know in their gut which one is right, because they’ve learned to read people. They aren’t door openers or order takers. They’ll challenge a buyer, push back, ask sharper questions, and point out why a home might be the wrong fit. Funny enough, that’s exactly why buyers trust them. The more honest they are, the clearer it is they’re on the buyer’s side. This is the kind of agent who sees patterns, who loves the puzzle of matching the right property to the right person, and who just knows when the pieces fit.
If that sounds like you, here’s what makes my team different. You don’t have to build a brand. You don’t have to make videos, design flyers, manage listings, coordinate transactions, or spend your own money chasing leads. You get to stay in your genius zone, the people, the relationships, the hunt, and the match, and let my team handle everything else. If you’ve built a career helping buyers and you want a team that lets you focus on what you’re best at, that’s the whole idea.
And to be clear, I have more than one position open. I’m looking for real growth and for the right people to grow with. So if you’re a seasoned buyer’s agent who’s ready to stop doing it all alone, I’d genuinely love to talk.
Maybe the person I’m describing is you. Or maybe you just thought of someone, an old colleague, a neighbor, the agent from your last move. Either way, I’d love for you to keep this in mind. If it’s you, let’s have some fun and build something together. Reach out for a confidential conversation anytime. Call or text me at 503.522.0090, email me at sarita@asksarita.com, or visit blog.asksarita.com. Whether you’re the right fit or you know someone who is, I’d love to hear from you.
